Sales Agreement

All products, services and prices shown in our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers. Once you enter all of the personal contact information and click the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order will be considered legally binding. You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement is valid as soon as the delivery confirmation has been sent. If you do not receive order confirmation or the delivery within two (2) weeks, you are legally no longer bound to your purchase.

Partial Deliveries.

We have the right to make partial deliveries, as long as they do not cause unreasonable hardship for the customer. When partial shipments are made, additional shipping costs will apply only when prior agreement has been reached.

Availability & Delivery.

All orders received and paid for before 3.30pm will be dispatched that working day providing they are in stock.

Orders received and paid for after 3.30pm may be dispatched the next working day.

Retention of Title.

The goods delivered remain our property until full payment has been received.

Privacy policy.

Customers details, such as names, address, Phone Numbers & e-mail addresses are only kept on our copy of any invoice.

These records are kept for a minimum of six years, the contents of which are never not & will never be disclosed to any third party. 
Any other personal information, either paper or contained in an email, is destroyed after the conclusion of the sale/service. No financial information is stored on this website or on our computers. 

Credit Cards.

All Credit/Debit Card information is destroyed/deleted at the end of each successful transaction.

Returns & Warrantees

We offer a 3 month breakdown warranty on the boards we sell. Notification must be made prior to the return of you old board.

The buyer is responsible for the postage & packing of the returned item. After which we will examine the board and either Refund / Replace /Credit you for the board.

We do not guarantee parts unless they are installed by qualified engineer. New parts are assumed to be in perfect working order. Broken or faulty items must be reported within two (2) weeks. Please report any problems as soon as possible. After this time we presume the sale to of been completed.

If an item is delivered damaged please do not sign or accept the delivery, once delivered we can no longer be responsible for any damage unless we are somehow at fault. We do not refund items ordered in error, however if an error has occurred on our part we will replace the item if possible or the cost of the item will be refunded in full.

There is no refund on downloaded products, software upgrade products or eeproms or any other dataproduct . Please make sure you have the suitable equipment to program or use any of the datafiles.

All used parts supplied by us have been tested and are known to be of satisfactory working order. We cannot be held responsible for misdiagnosis of your products original fault, nor do we accept or refund your boards because they are no longer needed.

If a service exchange is offered then we must receive the faulty part first. There can be no exceptions.

Service exchange means that we either repair and/or exchange the item for a working item that is fit for the purpose. This does not necessarily mean that you will receive the exact model. The repair or exchange will be carried out at our discretion

All of our boards are security marked prior to despatch to avoid the return of faulty board us.

Most importantly

If you do not agree with these terms please do not feel forced to buy from us.
